Summary

Responsibilities
- Take charge of Enterprise/Outsource customer relationships and craft strategies to foster portfolio growth
- Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with your customers
- Ensure profitability by effectively managing sales plan execution, supplier relationship management, A/R and A/P, claims, etc
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell CT Exchangeβs solutions across modes and services
- Effectively manage competing demands and priorities ensuring portfolio goals are met
- Use data driven insights to support continuous improvement within the portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
CRM platform experience, preferably Salesforce
