Summary

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of Enterprise/Outsource customer relationships and craft strategies to foster portfolio growth
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with your customers
  • Ensure profitability by effectively managing sales plan execution, supplier relationship management, A/R and A/P, claims, etc
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell CT Exchange’s solutions across modes and services
  • Effectively manage competing demands and priorities ensuring portfolio goals are met
  • Use data driven insights to support continuous improvement within the portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

CRM platform experience, preferably Salesforce
