Summary

Join ProSidian as a Women in Business, Media, Technology, Leadership, and STEM Keynote/Guest Speaker! This 1099 contract position, located remotely across the CONUS with travel, offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the education sector. You will deliver impactful keynote speeches and guest presentations, educating and inspiring audiences through expert knowledge and motivational storytelling. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), relevant experience, and strong public speaking skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced knowledge or credentials strongly preferred
  • Current or previous role aligned with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities driving qualifications as a Women in Business, Media, Technology, Leadership, and STEM Keynote Speaker
  • Recognized expertise in the relevant subject area and prior speaking experience
  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) activities Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Functional Area Activities
  • Public speaking, topic mastery, adaptability, audience engagement, storytelling
  • Innovation, clarity, cultural competence, influence, emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Provide services and support as a Women in Business, Media, Technology, Leadership, and STEM Keynote/Guest Speaker [Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker)] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) | Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) Generally Located In CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region (Of Country/World)
  • Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Women in Business, Media, Technology, Leadership, and STEM Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling
  • Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants
  • Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages
  • Women-focused speakers across Business, Leadership, STEM, Media, and Technology deliver expertly tailored content that empowers, educates, and inspires audiences through a lens of gender equity, innovation, and authentic leadership
  • Drawing on real-world experience, industry expertise, and motivational storytelling, these speakers address systemic challenges while highlighting opportunities for women to lead, disrupt, and thrive across sectors
  • Their sessions reinforce key event themes by offering actionable strategies, elevating diverse perspectives, and cultivating inclusive professional environments that support the advancement of women in every fieldโ€”from boardrooms to labs, studios to startups
  • Women speakers simplify complex ideas into meaningful narratives that inspire action and align with organizational values
  • Develop and deliver high-impact keynotes, adapt content to diverse audiences, and support event objectives through strategic storytelling
  • May contribute to whitepapers, blogs, or event recaps post-engagement
  • Often participates in Q&A panels, breakout sessions, or team development activities
  • Roles may include hybrid event formats, follow-up consultations, or content development
