Join AUTO1 Group's Quality Management Team as a Kfz-Mechatroniker in the Backoffice! You will be responsible for quality management on both operational and strategic levels. This role combines operational and strategic thinking to ensure smooth processes within the AUTO1 Group Operations Department. You will handle complaints, inquiries, and technical special cases, negotiate with business customers, communicate with internal departments, and contribute to service improvement. Requirements

• Completed training as a Kfz-Mechaniker, Automobilkaufmann, or a comparable commercial profession
• Sound knowledge of motor vehicles, both type-open and specialized in certain vehicle manufacturers
• Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent German skills and either basic English skills or willingness to learn
• A team- and results-oriented way of working
• Passion for cars

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the acceptance and processing of complaints, inquiries, and technical special cases
• Negotiate with business customers about their concerns and find holistic solutions (mostly by phone)
• Communicate regularly with other internal departments on damage assessments
• Manage challenges with a high quality- and solution-oriented approach
• Make a significant contribution to improving our service and ensure a positive dealer experience
