Summary

The job is for a KYB Process Operational Manager at Binance, a fast-paced, mission-driven organization in the blockchain ecosystem. The role involves managing global KYB onboarding, leading a team, setting goals, conducting statistical analysis, and supporting audits. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, investigations (KYB on corporates, offshore and complex structures would be deemed an advantage)
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong track record in leading medium to large remote teams
• Able to drive and deliver high quality risk assessments, remediations, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence projects
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards
• Good knowledge on provisions of crypto/fiat licensed entities local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written, is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge and experience in the field of KYB process operational management to lead a team in addressing challenging global KYB onboarding and its related issues
• Lead a team and assign tasks to team members in accordance with established OKRs and KPIs
• Set and track goal and KPI progress, associate with department objectives for all team members, preparing documentation and charts for the compliance reports and team productivity performance
• Use strong statistical analysis to identify onboarding trends, root cause analysis, and compliance vendors performance monitoring
• Support the compliance manager in preparing responses to KYB enquiries during internal/ external audit

Preferred Qualifications

Highly preferred for candidates to possess ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or others
