Requirements

  • Microsoft - Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/111, Active Directory, VMWare and Virtualization support
  • The ability to support network switches, routers and firewall (CISCO, HP and Draytek) is highly desirable
  • Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally and written
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises is essential

Responsibilities

  • Users – Create/Change/Remove
  • Security and Group Policy changes
  • Networking – router and switch administration, connectivity and internet
  • Email – creation, settings and troubleshooting
  • Office365 – creating new accounts, users, settings and administration
  • SharePoint – Setting up OneDrive access on local computers, troubleshooting OneDrive issues, setting permissions to files/folders for users
  • Troubleshooting general issues surrounding unavailable services, printing, performance etc
  • Enrolment into Microsoft Intune and associated devices to Azure and local domains
  • Monitoring and maintaining daily backups via Datto

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LAN and WAN networks would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to work across teams, and to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff
  • Prior experience with an outsourced service delivery environment and consulting services
  • Utilising our RMM tool ConnectWise Command for daily proactive maintenance tasks and monitoring of automated alert tickets
  • First point of contact for the resolution of issues with third party applications and liaising with third party software vendors
