Lab Innovation Manager in Germany

Summary

Since our founding in 2016, AGICAP has revolutionized the market for liquidity planning for medium-sized businesses in Europe. Our goal is to help companies maintain an overview, act proactively, and grow by enabling strategic cash flow management. As part of AGICAP, you will contribute to making Agicap the number one All-in-One Tool for Cashflow in Europe.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a renowned technical university
• Technical understanding and basic programming knowledge (Python)
• Previous professional experience, ideally in a dynamic tech startup
• Problem-solving skills
• Alignment with Agicap's values: Impact, Excellence, Teamwork, and Humility

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative lab solutions tailored for the German market to address customer challenges
• Qualify the impact of these solutions and create an initial design
• Coordinate development with the technical team and ensure timely completion
• Test and implement lab solutions for customers, evaluate effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed
