Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth labor market studies and analysis on industry trends, employment rates, labor regulations, and labor productivity, including its contribution to GDP
• Analyze and calculate labor productivity metrics, contributing to national economic indicators
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to inform policy decisions and strategic initiatives related to labor economics and wage protection
• Collaborate with ministries and governmental bodies to support ongoing labor market projects, including national indicators for labor markets (المؤشرات الوطنية لسوق العمل)
• Utilize knowledge of international labor laws, wage protection laws, and ILO guidelines, especially AQUAD job classification standards, to inform labor market assessments
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings
