Summary

Uptalent is seeking a Remote Landscape Designer to collaborate with clients on landscape design plans, using CAD software and ensuring compliance with local codes. The position requires a background in Landscape or Urban Design, proficiency in design software, passion for biology, biodiversity, and permaculture, good communication skills, and previous experience working for US companies. Requirements

• Landscape Design and/or Urban Design Background
• Proficient in using different design software to create mood boards, conceptual design presentations, marketing renderings, & marketing presentations
• Fluent in English and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop landscape design plans that meet their needs and vision
• Prepare design drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Ensure all designs are compliant with local zoning and building codes
• Research and select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project
• Create project budgets and timelines and manage projects within those parameters
• Supervise and inspect construction work to guarantee adherence to the design plan and quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and follow up with clients after project completion
