Responsibilities

  • Assist in interpreting calls from diverse sectors such as medical, insurance, legal, and utilities fields
  • Be available on weekend and public holidays
  • Work night shift: 5 days per week, 2 off days
  • Work for 9 hours per shift (8-hour working + 1 hour break time)
