Summary

The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a Law Clerk, preferably a student currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school or recent graduate. The candidate will assist attorneys with case management, conduct research and discovery, and draft legal documents. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school or recent graduate
• Strong research, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to discuss complex information in detail
• Ability and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adapt and change the priority of tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Assisting practicing attorneys with case management
• Conducting research and discovery for assigned cases
• Participating in the drafting of legal research and motions

Preferred Qualifications

• Law review, judicial extern/internships, TA position a plus
• Previous law firm experience is a plus, but not required
