Summary

The job is for a confident cannabis attorney with at least 6 years of law firm experience to join a successful law firm as the primary attorney managing deals and client relationships in the cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will have experience representing industry operators and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Min. 6 years of law firm experience
• Great client relationship skills
• Experience managing other attorneys and staff
• Experience with cannabis industry regulation with a focus on representation of industry operators

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee deals and important client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in establishing and operating a cannabis business, whether plant-touching or ancillary

Benefits

• Salary range of 225-235k, contingent on book of business
