Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in industrial ecology, environmental engineering, or a sustainability-related field. A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience will also be considered
  • Expertise in computational LCA, including co-product allocation, data normalization, and impact computations
  • Proven experience in life cycle inventory development and data collection methods
  • Familiarity with ISO 14040, 14044, and ILCD standards
  • Strong experience with LCA impact assessment methods, including spatially explicit models
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct life cycle assessments (LCA) for sustainability projects across various industries
  • Analyze operational and supply chain data, transforming it into actionable LCA models
  • Work closely with diverse teams to drive and implement sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant LCA standards and methodologies, delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience or training
  • Experience with hybrid LCA models
  • Knowledge of life cycle inventory database development and maintenance
  • Familiarity with GIS and spatial analytics
  • Programming experience (R, Python, SQL)
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI)
