L&D Operations Support Specialist

Requirements

• Experience in an operational support or administrative position
• Proven success in managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
• Strong project and program management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative approach with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors and/or 360Learning
• Data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Google suite of products

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for learning event organisation, including logistics and participant communication
• Support data gathering and analysis for key HR processes such as People Review and succession planning
• Coordinate the setup of the Voice of Resourcers (VOR) engagement surveys
• Manage participant information for learning events, including pre and post-event communication
• Maintain data integrity in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Create learning events and manage participant registrations in the LMS
• Liaise with L&D vendors for external training events
• Harmonise operational practices and processes across the L&D Europe team
• Demonstrate and promote Veolia WTS's desired culture and values
