Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Learning & Development, Psychology, Human Resources) or industry experience
  • Substantial experience in a learning & development position
  • Proven success in managing and delivering multi-faceted learning programs
  • Experience in delivering impactful in-person and virtual learning experiences
  • Confident public speaking abilities
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Collaborative approach with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on setting the strategic direction for the EMEA Graduate Program (EGP)
  • Coordinate and deliver the EGP, including program design and training delivery
  • Manage external learning partners and key stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of Essential Skills training within Europe
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of learning interventions
  • Maintain the Learning Management System for EGP and Essential Skills courses
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to understand learning needs and trends
  • Manage the budget for the EGP
  • Demonstrate and promote Veolia WTS's desired culture and values
  • Travel throughout Europe across the course of each EGP
