Summary

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience with Python, Flask, FastAPI, and other related tech
  • Understanding of OO and MVC patterns, relational and non-relational databases, Test-driven development, data structure, and design patterns
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Firestore, BigQuery, APIs, etc)
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
  • CMS integration development
  • Docker knowledge (usage, management, and deployment)
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Caching (Redis/Memcached)
  • Experience with message queue architecture (RabbitMQ, Celery)
  • Knowledge of security principles and how they apply to web applications
  • Customer focus with the ability to translate technical language to a broader audience
  • Experience working in an agency environment with agile teams

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the growth of Beyond's highly diverse and skilled engineering team
  • Build your soft skills in collaboration, communication, and client relationship management
  • Co-create and work with different team members across the project, program, and agency to ensure quality is embedded at both the process and program levels
  • Gain knowledge in new business domains by helping build teams to design, develop, and deliver impactful solutions
