Summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Writer to create engaging content for a diverse audience in the financial technology sector. The role requires expertise in writing, SEO, finance, Web3, and digital currencies. The position offers day-one PERM sponsorship, competitive base pay ranging from $130,000 - $170,000, annual bonus target of 15%, equity, benefits, and a flexible vacation policy.

Requirements

• Experience: You have 7+ years of relevant experience in any combination of: journalism, SEO, content writing, Web3 marketing, B2B consumer finance
• Expertise: You’re an expert in the craft of writing and have a knack for making the complex easy to digest. You have an innate curiosity and keen understanding of finance, Web3, and digital currencies
• Flexibility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively to make sure that you have all the inputs you need to deliver high quality work
• Organization: You’re a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and consistently drives radical clarity around narrative, goals, and timelines
• Tech Savvy: You have experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Author blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, social copy, and more, ensuring all content is aligned to Circle’s product messaging, company narrative, and brand voice
• Translate product value propositions and messaging into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action
• Understand and organize data, research, and information provided by stakeholders, and structure it into a compelling story
• Research subject matters as they relate to requests and provide the working team with findings to ensure deliverables are impactful, relevant, and effective in communication
• Work cross-functionally to develop and optimize content briefs so the audience, narrative, and desired outcome is clear prior to writing
• Serve as an editor across the team, supporting the cross-functional content review process and ensuring that company narrative is carried through all Circle content
• Support the maintenance of a content roadmap and editorial calendar

• Base Pay Range: $130,00 - $170,000
