Summary
Join VetsEZ as a Lead Cority Developer to design, develop, and implement Cority GX2 solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate product requirements into technical designs, and ensure seamless deployment. This role requires leading Cority software implementation, gathering requirements, and developing MVPs for specific modules. You will also design and develop Cority GX2 functionality, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Scrum teams. The position demands strong technical skills, experience with EHS&S software, and expertise in Agile development. The ideal candidate will reside within the continental US.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 7–10 years of experience configuring EHS&S software solutions, preferably Cority
- Proven experience leading architecture and configuration of Cority GX2 modules
- Strong background in Low Code No Code (LCNC) platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or Microsoft
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
- Agile development and product delivery expertise
- Strong object-oriented design, system integration, and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Cority software to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) needs
- Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop minimum viable products (MVPs) for the Industrial Hygiene and Mobile Application modules of Cority GX2
- Design and develop Cority GX2 functionality while ensuring high-quality code and performance
- Work alongside and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with Product Management and Scrum teams to estimate and deliver features
- Perform design and code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and manage resolution
- Implement DevOps pipelines in cloud environments using modern tools like GitHub
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with federal clients, especially within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and SaaS integration
- UI/UX and user-centered design experience
- Ability to obtain a government clearance
