As a Lead Data Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams, translating data into reports and presentations aligned with program goals. You will effectively communicate client and stakeholder needs, resolving challenges. This role requires extensive experience in data architecture, reporting, and big data technologies. Requirements

  • 7+ years experience planning, designing, building and implementing IT-related data architecture strategies
  • Extensive experience developing reports, presentations, and roadmaps using SQL and has strong analytical and problem solving skills, and is able to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best solution
  • Experience with Google Analytics Dashboard and Adobe Analytics
  • Big Data experience with technologies like Amazon Redshift, HADOOP, NOSQL, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow and Snowflake
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering and operation teams to collect and translate data into reporting and presentations that aligns with the software and program team’s goals
  • Effectively communicate the needs of the clients and stakeholders’ as well as be able to resolve any gaps that present to be a challenge
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous federal healthcare industry experience, specifically within CMS and/or hospital quality reporting, a big plus
  • Nice to have experience with Pyspark, R, Databricks, Python, PostgreSQL & Lambda
  • Experience building  partnerships to drive change in the government space
  • Experience providing  guidance to and assisting other engineers that do not report directly to them
  • Agile software development experience
