Join Thoughtworks as a leading Data Architect and play a key role in developing modern data architecture approaches to meet business objectives and deliver end-to-end data solutions. Lead technical efforts, mentoring clients and Thoughtworks teams to align on results supporting the data strategists' vision. Lead the design and architecture of crucial initiatives, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Guide and advise delivery teams on architectural decisions to meet solution agreements. Provide strategic and consultative leadership to C-level executives on data architecture, engineering, and analysis. Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies. Lead data transformations and change management. Mentor and develop data architect teams. Effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders, including executives in Spanish.

Requirements

• Experience in architecture, engineering and data analysis
• Deep knowledge in data warehouse design and data modeling
• Expertise in Big Data systems, AI and cloud data solutions
• Fluency in Spanish (oral and written)
• Proven ability to influence executives
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic vision and ability to align technology with business

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and consultative leadership for C-level in architecture, engineering and data analysis
• Define and implement data architectures (Big Data, AI, Cloud)
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies
• Lead data transformations and change management
• Mentor and development of data architects teams
• Communication and effective engagement with stakeholders (including executives in Spanish)
