Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data conversion projects from start to finish
  • Develop and execute data conversion strategies
  • Design and implement data mapping and transformation processes
  • Supervise and mentor a team of data conversion specialists
  • Perform thorough data validation and testing
  • Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data conversion processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Diagnose and resolve data-related issues
