Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or data management roles
• At least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist position
• Proficiency in data conversion tools, ETL processes, SQL, and database management systems
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration techniques
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data conversion projects from start to finish
• Develop and execute data conversion strategies
• Design and implement data mapping and transformation processes
• Supervise and mentor a team of data conversion specialists
• Perform thorough data validation and testing
• Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data conversion processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
• Diagnose and resolve data-related issues
