Responsibilities

• Lead the data strategy and execution for the Admin Experience group
• Drive critical initiatives such as flexible group permissions, content ownership transfers, and advanced data models
• Build scalable data models and pipelines that support enterprise-grade features
• Collaborate across teams to influence product direction with data-driven insights
• Ensure robust governance to maintain data integrity and compliance
• Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and growing Canva’s data culture
• Partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to measure the success of enterprise initiatives
