Lead Developer SAP/ABAP, Remote - Serbia

Summary

The job is for a Lead ABAP Developer at SAP Fioneer, a financial services software solutions company based in Serbia or Belgrade. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a software developer, including at least 5 years of ABAP/SAP development, and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software developer, including at least 5 years of ABAP / SAP development
• Experience with banking processes and products
• Proven hands-on experience with relevant technologies, e.g., OData, REST, S/4HANA, UI5/Fiori, Core Data Services, Restful Application Programming
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate these into suitable software design / architectures
• Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mindset combined with with a distinct willingness to learn, customer-oriented focus and service-based attitude and being used to a self-dependent approach to work
• Excellent, accurate, and effective oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of relevant experience with business processes and products in transactional banking, cards management or regulatory reporting
• Experience in leading a team of developers for solution implementation
• Exposure to SAP core banking and related products (such as Deposits Management, Payment Engine, Banking Services, Transactional Banking)
• Academic degree (BSc/MSc) in information technology, computer science, engineering, or comparable qualification
