Lead Fashion & Art Director

Summary

Join as a Lead Fashion & Art Director in a fast-growing American start-up (Permanent WFH) to lead a team of skilled artists, oversee design process, manage team, create original artwork, and grow the team's influence. The role is remote, work-from-home, in the Philippines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in graphic design, graphics for production, art direction, or a related to fashion and creative field
• At least 5 years of significant management experience (direct management of output and responsible for the quality of their work) and/or leading a team of at least 5 individual contributors with diverse functions
• 3+ years of experience serving the US or European market
• Skill in data analysis (proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets) and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on a variety of projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design process from conception to final production
• Lead Original Artwork Creation
• Mentor future leaders within your team
• Lead the research, development, and production of Fresh Print’s seasonal lookbooks
