Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in front-end and UI engineering roles, including 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity
  • Proven success in scaling front-end infrastructure and delivering enterprise SaaS products at scale
  • A track record of product-oriented thinking, with the ability to influence decisions based on user impact, speed, and quality
  • Deep expertise with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and associated technology stacks & tools
  • Strong background in component-based development, design systems, and front-end architecture patterns
  • Proficiency in building scalable UI infrastructure and optimizing developer workflows (CI/CD, performance tooling, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of user experience design principles and ability to partner with design teams to deliver exceptional products
  • A product-driven mindset – deeply curious about customer problems and driven to deliver real, measurable value
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority across Engineering, Product, and Design teams
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on balancing speed, scalability, and user impact

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Front-End Vision: Own the front-end and UI technical vision, ensuring infrastructure and architecture align with product priorities and business goals
  • Product Partnership: Actively collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to translate product requirements into scalable, high-performing front-end solutions
  • Hands-On Execution: Lead by example by jumping into critical product development efforts to unblock teams, deliver value, and drive projects forward
  • Build and optimize scalable front-end infrastructure to support enterprise-grade applications and rapid feature development
  • Drive improvements in DevEx by optimizing tooling, build pipelines, and processes to reduce friction and enable fast, reliable delivery
  • Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and implement solutions that balance speed and quality
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in UI/UX development to align product execution with user needs and market expectations
  • Serve as a strong voice for the in-application user within engineering, ensuring product decisions prioritize usability, performance, and customer value
  • Mentor and guide front-end engineers to improve skills, grow technical capabilities, and deepen product awareness
  • Foster a collaborative, product-driven engineering culture where teams are empowered to ship impactful solutions efficiently
  • Act as a thought leader across the organization to bridge the gap between engineering execution and product strategy
