Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Email Marketing
• Advanced English skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in the design, development, and delivery of software projects
• Nurture existing leads by designing and implementing nurturing strategies for current contacts in the database
• Manage and nurture the network of contacts acquired at industry events, maintaining interest and relationships with prospects to better prepare them for the sales stage
• Assess and categorize leads in the database according to their level of interest and conversion potential, delivering qualified leads to the sales team
• Review and organize the database to accurately segment leads based on their interests, industry, and potential, thereby optimizing the relevance of nurturing messages
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align nurturing campaigns and lead qualification with the sales strategies for each vertical
