Summary

Join Sprout Solutions as a Lead Generation Specialist and contribute to the growth of the Sprout Lead Development Team. You will be responsible for generating new leads through various channels, including email and social media campaigns, and utilizing data mining tools like Sales Navigator, Facebook, and Hubspot. This role requires strong research and verification skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline within the company's CRM. You will work independently and collaboratively, contributing to brainstorming sessions and proposing new lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience with Lead Generation/Data Mining
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
  • The ability to succeed with limited supervision
  • A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
  • Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by researching using different websites and tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Facebook, Google, and more
  • Build the prospect pipeline using Sprout’s CRM
  • Create companies and contacts in Hubspot
  • Keep our lead pipeline healthy by making sure that we have enough fresh leads for the Lead Development Team
  • Participate in brainstorming and propose new ideas for Lead Generation campaigns
  • Highly attentive and can work on multiple projects
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from associate to C-level
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Development Manager
  • Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using LinkedIn to identify new prospects
  • Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from Manager to C level
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company
