Lead GTM and Salesforce Product Manager

Summary

Join Marqeta as a Senior GTM and Salesforce Product Manager, responsible for developing the overall vision and executing a systems roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, with expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Shield.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management and product roadmap experience
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, CPQ and Shield
• Experience working with a CLM and Marketing tech stack solutions
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience with complex multi-phase projects
• Experience working on integrations with SaaS tools
• Effective collaboration and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
• Strong declarative knowledge, understands tradeoffs of using code

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall vision and execute a systems roadmap
• Innovate, automate and define scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional external customer experience, internal user experience and data integrity
• Leverage AI and GenAI for insights, automation and next best action
• Drive decisions on vendor contracts, products, license quantities and pricing
• Collaborate with the Salesforce engineering team to identify solutions and tradeoffs
• Partner with internal operations teams to ensure systems are compliant
• Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos
