Lead Instructor, Data Analytics

Summary

Join Correlation One as a Lead Instructor and play a key role in driving elements of our multiple training programs. You will facilitate Fellow learning, working with operations personnel to achieve exceptional learning outcomes. The main focus will be on larger-format lectures, delivering content to 20-2,000 Fellows live. The ideal candidate is an excellent educator with superior communication and collaboration skills, always seeking to improve the learning experience. Experience in education and training is preferred. The Data Analytics program runs from March 3rd to September 3rd, 2025, with lectures on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Requirements

• Be an excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others
• Have a Degree in a Data Analytics related field and/or industry experience in a Data Analysis related role
• Possess outstanding team and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a training program; these typically consist of between 20 to 2,000 Fellows
• Collaborate with Correlation One Operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule
• Prepare for upcoming lectures by coordinating with Correlation One curriculum, content, and operations staff to ensure best Learner experience possible
• Track any edits/changes/suggestions to content that would help foster a more cohesive and positive learner experience

Preferred Qualifications

Have demonstrated records in education and training, including successful tenures with other educational institutions or training programs
