Requirements

  • 12+ years of solution design and implementation experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion
  • In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash process models and best practices
  • Expertise in Order Management, Shipping Execution, Receivables, and Inventory
  • Familiarity with Oracle middleware (handling EDI orders/invoices)
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and full lifecycle development processes
  • 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion (Order to Cash) implementations completed
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to navigate complex, integrated Oracle Applications environments
  • Capable of leading all project phases, including requirement gathering, CRP, and UAT
  • Previous experience in a client-facing delivery role
  • Knowledge of documentation standards (BRD, MD50, BR100, Test Cases, etc.) using OUM or similar methodologies
  • Technical aptitude to implement automation solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Collaborative nature, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated professionalism with consistently high-quality results
  • Self-sufficient, requiring minimal supervision, and open to creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement complex solutions in Inventory Management, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage project milestones, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions, aligning business needs with Oracle Fusion capabilities
  • Implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for the Order to Cash process, addressing both functional and technical components
  • Develop automation solutions using technologies beyond Oracle Fusion SaaS, integrate with Oracle middleware for EDI orders and invoices, and optimize performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (BRD, MD50, BR100, Test Cases), and provide end-user training as needed
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve product-related issues, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime
