Lead Platform Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Lead Platform Engineer and lead a team, drive best practices, and collaborate with engineering leads, DevOps, and security teams. Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong desire to explore new technologies and methodologies
• Be open to unlearning and relearning
• Lead teams in customer projects
• Have a very strong development background
• Have hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably Azure)
• Have hands-on DevOps Experience: Creating scalable and secure CI/CD (Gitlab or similar) pipelines
• Have experience with Shift-left Security
• Have experience with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform
• Have experience of architecting production grade solutions on cloud
• Have strong soft skills, with experience in leading teams, stakeholder engagement, and driving engineering best practices
• Have 8+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and Policy as Code expertise (OPA)
