Lead Producer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Producer role in a game studio, working remotely on a multiplayer ARPG game called Big Time. The team is composed of veterans from various gaming companies, and the position offers benefits such as remote work, unlimited PTO, and experience with gaming veterans.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager
• Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products
• Experience with live team operations or software as a service
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Guide the creation and delivery of a ‘AAA’ game world experience through its early access launch and beyond
• Plan products and work with Art, Design, Audio, engineering, and UI teams to deliver a high-quality experience
• Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company
• Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with RPG and online multiplayer games
• Experience with JIRA or similar software
• Experience working on a distributed team spread across several time zones (From Hawaii to Brazil)
