Summary

The job is for a Lead Product Manager in a fast-growing healthcare technology startup, Medely. The role involves defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and leading delivery of products that impact healthcare professionals and facilities in the labor marketplace. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of product management experience, prior experience building data-driven products using machine learning, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping software at scale in start-ups or large-scale tech companies
• Prior experience building and launching data-driven products using machine learning

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lead delivery of products that impact healthcare professionals, and facilities in our labor marketplace
• Own and lead the end-to-end product development process of major features and iterations
• Be actively involved in defining the strategy for your program. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair our ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
