Lead Python/Angular Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of development experience with Python
• 4+ years of experience with Django framework and/or FastAPI
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with Angular (versions 8+)
• Proficiency in modern enterprise patterns like microservices
• Development experience with PostgreSQL
• Cloud development experience with AWS
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production applications
• Proven experience leading technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile team to build, maintain, and optimize client applications
• Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and deliverables
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA to ensure a quality-focused CI/CD pipeline
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code
• Work in an Agile environment to define, estimate, and deliver user stories
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Utilize strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
