Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role in software development
• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Experience with languages and frameworks such as .net, Java
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for mentoring others
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers to implement Shift Left testing strategies that enhance software quality
• Design and implement automated testing solutions to enable swift feedback loops
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive the adoption of continuous integration and deployment processes
• Analyze and improve existing processes related to testing and quality assurance
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices in testing and quality
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and influence project outcomes
• Encouraging a focus on quality, performance, and security as part of the software delivery process
