• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, code quality, testing, and continuous integration
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features and enhancements
• Actively participate in code reviews
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest software development technologies and methodologies
• Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to refine project requirements and specifications
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and scalability of our software solutions
