Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Go programming language
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Go
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
• Experience with FinTech or financial services industry
• Experience with microservices architecture
