Requirements

• Professional experience: At least 7 years as a Frontend Engineer, Lead Developer, or in a similar technical consulting role
• Technical excellence: Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, modern build tools) and strong experience architecting complex web applications
• Agile mindset: Proficient in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• DevOps & CI/CD: Solid understanding of DevOps practices, Git workflows, and release processes
• Language skills: Confident and fluent communication in both German and English
• Willingness to travel: Occasional travel for internal events, workshops, and client meetings

• Technical leadership: Take end-to-end technical ownership for client projects – from cost estimation and architecture to final implementation

• Team leadership: Lead interdisciplinary teams, set technical direction, and drive projects to success through your expertise
• Mentoring: Guide and support less experienced engineers, fostering continuous professional growth within the team

Preferred Qualifications

Storyblok experience: Previous work with Storyblok or similar headless CMS is highly desirable
