Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building and delivering native mobile applications in production environments for both iOS and Android
- Expertise with modern mobile development technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, or similar, to deliver high-performance, user-friendly applications
- Proven ability to build and own CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications that cover the entire development lifecycle, from testing, building, qaβing, and listing releases in the Apple App Store and Google Play
- Experience instrumenting and monitoring mobile applications with tools such as Datadog or Sentry
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles, UX best practices, and platform-specific considerations for creating exceptional user experiences
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications from the ground up
- Define and establish the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for mobile development, creating a strong foundation for current and future projects
- Own the entire lifecycle of mobile features, from ideation and design through development, testing, release, and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and performant user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and other engineering teams, to define and iterate on mobile features that deliver user and business value
- Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented mobile engineering culture
- Leverage data, user feedback, and analytics to continually enhance and refine the mobile product experience
- Drive improvements in mobile development processes, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency, scalability, and quality

- Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time employees
- The total target base compensation for this role will be between $150,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment
