Lead SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Consultant

Summary

Join DyFlex, a leading SAP Platinum Partner, as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant! This customer-facing role focuses on client projects across various SuccessFactors modules, particularly Recruitment and Onboarding. Based in an Australian office or remotely, you will provide business analysis, troubleshooting, and support. You'll build strong client relationships, resolve issues, and mentor junior team members. This position requires significant SuccessFactors experience and strong communication skills. DyFlex offers a flexible and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or HR
• A minimum of seven years of experience consulting in SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in a support or implementation role with a main focus on RCM/ONB
• Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English communication and consulting skills

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis and production support in functions and processes for SuccessFactors
• Troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes of issues/incidents
• Provide advice, assistance and solutions to our customers through active engagement and relationship building, managing incoming requests, may they be of process or technical nature
• Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalated
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software faults related to end users
• Respond to high-priority issues in a timely manner
• Assist with testing and documentation of results for fixes or changes
• Present with the ability to critically analyse problems submitted by SAP users to determine root causes and recommend alternative solutions
• Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved
• Mentor and train junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, relevant SAP certification(s) in RCM and ONB
• Ideally, experience in a consulting practice environment
