Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Curious Mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead generation
  • Coordinate internal projects
  • Ensure alignment between customers and Kerry's internal teams
  • Conceptualize, develop, and process new products
  • Work in lab and pilot plant environments
  • Serve as the central point of contact for order fulfilment
  • Proactive communication to internal stakeholders (Plant Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales)
  • Ensure alignment and positive customer outcomes
  • Oversee quality control measures
  • Conduct audits
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP)
  • Assist in safety audits
  • Support safety training programs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Promote a culture of safety across the plant within all production processes
  • Develop, optimize and implement maintenance strategies
  • Execute maintenance excellence programs
  • Define asset criticality
  • Leverage key performance indicators to improve asset performance at optimal costs
  • Optimize processes through technology
  • Collaborate on modelling and planning efforts
  • Utilize data to enhance operational efficiency
