Learning and Development Manager

Summary

Join Culina Group as their Group Learning and Development Manager! This remote role, with UK travel required, involves leading a team of L&D professionals, managing the mentor scheme, and ensuring the L&D prospectus aligns with business needs. You will deliver senior leadership programs, collaborate with senior management, and oversee training calendars. The position requires experience in training delivery, team management, and leadership program design. Requirements

• Have experience within a training delivery role or an operational environment at the front line
• Have previous experience managing and supporting a team
• Have experience in the design of leadership programmes
• Have experience of delivering management, leadership and personal development programmes
• Have a track record of achieving targets and KPI’s
• Have experience of LMS/system roll out
• Be experienced in reporting to senior management/board colleagues
• Have experience in designing multi-faceted learning programmes e.g. webinars, face to face, e-learning etc

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of five L&D Advisors and one L&D Administrator to ensure they are well supported in their wellbeing and personal development including regular 121s
• Manage and promote the mentor scheme
• Be accountable for the Groups PDP results plus other KPI’s
• Ensure the L&D prospectus is fit for purpose and is regularly reviewed to align with the business needs. Develop products further to make them more interactive and engaging
• Deliver the Senior Leadership programme (circa 50 participants)
• Collaborate with senior management to create skills matrix
• Manage the Investors in People process
• Oversee training calendars for the L&D Advisor team
• Conduct the induction of all new L&D colleagues
• Work closely with key stakeholders to design career development paths
• Improve Employee Engagement
• Design a Training Strategy with the support of the HR team

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a PETTLS level 3 or equivalent training qualification
• Have knowledge of logistics and warehousing
