Join Culina Group as their Group Learning and Development Manager! Requirements
- Have experience within a training delivery role or an operational environment at the front line
- Have previous experience managing and supporting a team
- Have experience in the design of leadership programmes
- Have experience of delivering management, leadership and personal development programmes
- Have a track record of achieving targets and KPI’s
- Have experience of LMS/system roll out
- Be experienced in reporting to senior management/board colleagues
- Have experience in designing multi-faceted learning programmes e.g. webinars, face to face, e-learning etc
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a team of five L&D Advisors and one L&D Administrator to ensure they are well supported in their wellbeing and personal development including regular 121s
- Manage and promote the mentor scheme
- Be accountable for the Groups PDP results plus other KPI’s
- Ensure the L&D prospectus is fit for purpose and is regularly reviewed to align with the business needs. Develop products further to make them more interactive and engaging
- Deliver the Senior Leadership programme (circa 50 participants)
- Collaborate with senior management to create skills matrix
- Manage the Investors in People process
- Oversee training calendars for the L&D Advisor team
- Conduct the induction of all new L&D colleagues
- Work closely with key stakeholders to design career development paths
- Improve Employee Engagement
- Design a Training Strategy with the support of the HR team
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a PETTLS level 3 or equivalent training qualification
- Have knowledge of logistics and warehousing
