Summary

Join Databricks as a Staff Learning Architect and leverage your data & AI expertise and passion for training to shape our learning offerings. You will design and scope technical curriculum, utilize data-driven insights to prioritize training investments, and collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, particularly for SAP Databricks. This fully remote role involves coordinating with internal and external teams to bring new training offerings from concept to launch. You will analyze learner needs, define learning objectives, and work with curriculum developers to deliver impactful training. Data analysis will be crucial to inform strategy and ensure training effectiveness. The role requires strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, curriculum design, and experience with relevant technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, cloud data platforms, and cloud data warehouses, especially Databricks, its product offerings and capabilities, and Lakehouse
  • Experience with curriculum design & development, enablement, or training delivery
  • Experience designing and organizing role-based learning pathways or technical enablement programs
  • Ability to read and understand Python and SQL code
  • Eagerness to apply analytical skills and data-driven decision making to inform strategy and execution
  • Program management, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage with product owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), customer-facing technical staff, and learner audiences to establish training requirements and define learning objectives for new courses and learning pathways
  • Launch new offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and other learning architects
  • Work with a team of global stakeholders to prioritize and align training investments with business objectives
  • Use data to develop insights about content health, quality, and consumption to help drive planning and prioritization and identify opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP products such as ERP, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or Datasphere
  • Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and AI use cases
