Summary
Join Toast's Talent Development team as a Learning Coordinator to support learning and development initiatives. You will coordinate RISE learning cohorts, executive coaching sessions, and large-scale learning events. This role requires strong organizational skills, event planning experience, and a passion for learning and development. Responsibilities include managing logistics and scheduling, drafting communications, tracking program progress, and providing on-site event support. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in HR or Talent Development, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Human Resources or Talent Development
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and scheduling for RISE learning cohorts
- Draft and coordinate communication with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders
- Track attendance, evaluations, and program progress
- Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions for VPs and Directors
- Ensure seamless communication and logistics for coaching engagements
- Support the planning and execution of large-scale learning and career development events
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and participant communication
- Help prepare materials, presentations, and resources for events
- Provide on-site support during events

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Event planning or coordination experience
