Summary

Join Toast's Talent Development team as a Learning Coordinator to support learning and development initiatives. You will coordinate RISE learning cohorts, executive coaching sessions, and large-scale learning events. This role requires strong organizational skills, event planning experience, and a passion for learning and development. Responsibilities include managing logistics and scheduling, drafting communications, tracking program progress, and providing on-site event support. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in HR or Talent Development, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Human Resources or Talent Development
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics and scheduling for RISE learning cohorts
  • Draft and coordinate communication with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders
  • Track attendance, evaluations, and program progress
  • Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions for VPs and Directors
  • Ensure seamless communication and logistics for coaching engagements
  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale learning and career development events
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and participant communication
  • Help prepare materials, presentations, and resources for events
  • Provide on-site support during events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • Passion for learning and development
