Summary
Join ServiceNow as a Learning Enablement Partner (LEP) and become a trusted advisor to sales leaders, managers, and sellers. You will develop and deliver targeted learning plans using data-driven, just-in-time solutions. The LEP role involves driving and supporting regional and global enablement efforts, impacting the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the AMS business. The ideal candidate possesses experience in advancing selling skills, executing sales enablement programs, and leading cross-functional teams. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in sales enablement. You will contribute to the success of ServiceNow by empowering the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, skills, and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a Master's degree with 6 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Ability to build and grow trusting relationships with VP-level stakeholders
- Experience reading and interpreting sales performance metrics for strengths and gaps
- Demonstrated leadership, influence, and active listening across lines of business
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challenges with learning solutions
- Courageous, empathetic and articulate communicator
- Ability to remain agile in changing and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to determine learning methods and procedures
- Strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria
- Proven networking skills with stakeholders
