Summary

Join VirtualResource (VR), a boutique consultancy, as a Learning Lead for an HR ERP Evolution project. This high-impact role involves designing, deploying, and managing a global training framework for an SAP S/4HANA upgrade and HR process migration to Workday or external vendors. You will align training with business goals, create engaging multilingual content, coordinate regional adaptations, and ensure consistent delivery across diverse teams. This remote role offers flexibility while requiring effective communication with global teams and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating various training materials and facilitating sessions, as well as tracking learning metrics and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. The position requires experience in global learning and development, specifically within transformation or ERP projects.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in global learning and development or training delivery roles
  • Experience designing learning strategies for transformation or ERP projects
  • Strong technical skills in training content creation (videos, presentations, e-learning)
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Familiarity with standards for SOPs, Work Instructions, and knowledge documentation

Responsibilities

  • Deploy global training strategy across regions with localized alignment
  • Design and create training materials (e-learning, videos, demos, presentations, guides)
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions
  • Coordinate with SMEs and trainers for smooth content delivery
  • Support creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Knowledge Articles
  • Ensure all documentation meets organizational standards
  • Track learning metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale HR or ERP transformation projects
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or project management
  • Exposure to global, multicultural team environments
