Summary

The job description is for an Legal Operations Specialist at BetterHelp who will review marketing content, support user experience, assist with escalations, collaborate on processes, and contribute to projects. Requirements

• Great written/verbal communication and interpersonal skill sets
• Ability to connect with all management levels, internally and partner-facing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
• Core digital marketing disciplines basic knowledge, such as in Affiliate Marketing / SEO / Social Media / Email Marketing
• A multi-tasker, who works well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt and pivot quickly, with strong project management expertise and outstanding time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to address challenging issues while remaining objective
• Ability to work in the US, to travel to our Mountain View, California offices up to three times per year and to an additional company offsite
