Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with US law firms, with a focus on immigration law
• In-depth knowledge of US immigration processes, including family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based visas
• Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience leading or facilitating training sessions
• Knowledge of case management systems or legal technology platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide expert coaching and mentorship to staff members and clients on US immigration law processes and strategies
• Guide individuals and teams through family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based visa processes, offering comprehensive support and insights
• Develop and conduct training programs for team members to enhance their understanding of immigration law and best practices
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US immigration policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing accurate information
• Support representatives in preparing legal documents, forms, and applications for various visa types
• Assist in improving internal processes and workflows to streamline legal operations related to immigration cases
