• Deep understanding of operating on a global scale, navigating various legal systems and compliance requirements
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and SQL, using data-driven insights to enhance team performance

Responsibilities

• Oversee external counsel fees
• Manage legal invoices
• Develop budgeting strategies
• Maintain financial efficiency within the legal department
• Manage and assess legal tools and vendors
• Ensure existing tools meet our standards
• Identify needs for new tools
• Track and align legal projects with business units
• Monitor and report on service desk and ticketing system metrics
• Facilitate legal communications with the rest of the company
• Organize and streamline team operations
• Oversee team onboarding and continuous training
• Coordinate policy and SOP development
• Track and report on the legal team's performance
• Utilize analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement
• Support and manage knowledge management initiatives
• Foster collaboration and information sharing across the legal team and other departments
