Join StructureFlow, a Series A funded company building the world's first visual modeling solution for corporate structures and transactions, as a Legal Solutions Consultant. Based in the UK or North America, you will be a subject matter expert, advising internally and externally throughout the customer journey. Leveraging your legal domain knowledge, you will work with the Product team and Client Success Managers to demonstrate the solution's value. You will also advise Sales and Marketing, gather user feedback to enhance product direction, and support cross-functional teams. This role offers high impact work, shaping the product's market fit and client satisfaction, within a dynamic, early-stage startup.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience as a lawyer or professional in corporate transactions, litigation and dispute resolution or any other area of law relevant to StructureFlow’s client base
- Possess strong presentation, oral, and written communication abilities. Be an engaging presenter and storyteller, able to teach and tell a story in a concise and visual way. Ability to translate technical features into value-based discussions
- Be technically competent with interest and passion for ongoing learning. Have experience working alongside software engineers and product teams to translate client needs into actionable technical requirements
- Be highly adaptable, a quick thinker with curiosity to understand workflows you haven't seen before. Ability to look at problems creatively to find solutions
- Have a keen attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time, while meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for technology solutions that streamline and enhance processes within the corporate transactions, legal, and professional services sectors. Be ambitious and proactive, someone who can think differently and creatively to solve problems
Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted, specific product demonstrations both virtually and in-person. Translate technical features into value-based discussions for C-level executives, influencers, and end-user advocates
- In partnership with Client Success and Sales, engage directly with prospects and clients throughout their journey, facilitating and supporting demos and trial programs to ensure successful outcomes. For clients, develop account-specific programs to drive user engagement, maximize product adoption, and deliver measurable ROI
- Gather direct feedback from end users to enhance product direction. Dig deeper into workflows that are less understood across a range of practice areas and work to document and visualize that information. Provide insights to the business on legal tech market and general legal practice trends
- Share your deep domain knowledge across the organization, serving as a go-to resource for understanding the legal and transaction domains we operate in. Work with different areas of the business to deepen their knowledge of the market, our products, and what matters most to our customers
- Create and deliver presentations demonstrating the value of StructureFlow. Develop a collection of use cases that showcase our StructureFlow’s capabilities
- Support Product Managers by researching and developing successful partnerships and integration opportunities with other platforms in the ecosystem including document management systems, entity management systems and corporate information providers based on customer needs
- Advocate for StructureFlow within the legal community, attending relevant events (e.g., LegalWeek, ILTACON, CLOC, LMA, client events) and leveraging your knowledge to be an active participant in the legal technology industry. Establish champions, identify advocates, and network for referrals
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in working on a canvas-based application or visual collaboration tool
- Have experience of working with AI technologies such as NLP or Open AI
