Requirements

• J.D. and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with at least 2 years of practical, general legal experience
• Ability to work remotely during standard business hours
• Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and practice-related software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details and meeting deadlines and service goals

Responsibilities

• Use your legal experience and client service skills to solve legal problems across a broad spectrum of practice areas in a limited scope representation capacity
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents
• Consult with your clients via telephone
• Research legal matters
• Provide superior client service and advice

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in family law, consumer issues, real estate and/or trusts and estates
